Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TravelON Eats ("the Platform"), registering an account, or clicking "I agree to the Terms & Conditions," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

Description of Service

TravelON Eats is an online directory platform that allows restaurant, bar, and shop owners ("Business Owners") in the Canary Islands to create and manage listings visible to travellers using the TravelON mobile application. The Platform provides listing management tools, subscription-based visibility features, and related services as described in our pricing plans.

Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and a legitimate business owner or representative to register. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Subscription Plans & Billing

TravelON Eats offers four subscription tiers: FREE (€0/mo), SILVER (€60/mo), GOLD (€150/mo), and the exclusive #1 Position (€250/mo). Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Card details are never stored on our servers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period. Downgrading to the FREE plan takes effect at the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. The FREE plan remains active indefinitely at no cost.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, branding, and original content are the property of TravelON Eats and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. By uploading photos, descriptions, or other content to the Platform, you grant TravelON Eats a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content in connection with operating the service. You retain ownership of your content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information; send unsolicited communications; infringe third-party rights; engage in any activity that violates applicable law; or interfere with the Platform's operation or security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Data & Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (available separately). This includes account information, payment records (processed by Stripe), and listing content. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. By using the Platform you consent to such processing. Where applicable, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TravelON Eats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via email.
