Here at "Sal y Pimienta" (salt and pepper in Spanish) we know that we have some of the best views of the Old Town Harbour in Puerto Del Carmen. We also know that trading on the view alone is never enough and that our customers expect the highest standards of food and service. Every dish we prepare for you is made with the same love and care we put into the dishes we create for our families at home. Nothing but the freshest and highest quality ingredients will suffice and we have an excellent reputation for the quality of our fresh, locally sourced fish.

In creating the "Sal y Pimienta" experience we wanted to provide an atmosphere that feels like home. When anyone is our restaurant says to you "mi casa su casa" (my house is your house) we really mean it. We want you to feel at home with us, to feel part of our family, to feel free to ask us to prepare something a little different, to let us surprise and delight you with an unexpected wine or accompaniment, and for you to look forward to coming back to us whenever you have been away.
