Restaurant specialized in Argentine cut meat cooked on grill. Characterized by a modern and elegant atmosphere, and a varied menu based on traditional Argentine cuisine. We control first-hand the quality of our raw material: the breed steer "Angus Aberdeen" raised in freedom. Likewise, the grill (in view of the customer) is used as a precision instrument, extracting all the flavor and achieving spectacular aromas. The embers are imported directly from Cuba, with a 100% ecological Marabú charcoal selected by hand. We also developed the "Familia Gil" label that will be the perfect pairing for our grilled meat.
